Marcia
Marcia Pinskier comes to NFP with academic background in education, governance and leadership and specialises in Governance, Leadership and Board improvements for
Not for Profits. Marcia brings her expertise to consultation, board workshops and policy production in these areas.Marcia has both received awards in the area of Governance
for Not for Profits and Social Endeavours, as well as having lectured on the subject, at Monash University. She has also been recognized in the area of Leadership and for her Volunteer Contributions over many years. Marcia has detailed knowledge of the multicultural community and was appointed as a Commissioner for the Victorian Multicultural Commission by the State Government. She has also served as liaison to the Victoria Police Multicultural Advisory Unit.Marcia has worked as the Australian Executive Officer of a major International Fund-raising Organisation and presented in this role at an International Conference. Her broad experience includes running major conferences, events,
grant-writing and fund-raising programs and associated project management. She has worked extensively in policy development for Not for Profit organisations.Marcia has sat on numerous Not For Profit Boards, as President, Vice-President and Committee Chairs. She has worked with National, State and local community organisations in a range of areas including welfare, disability, youth, women's issues, multiculturalism and education.
Marcia holds a Master's Degree (Monash) in the area of Communal Service and Leadership, specialising in Not for Profit Governance. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ruth
Ruth Kaye has an educational background in Business,
Finance and IT. She has worked in one of the major international Chartered Accounting firms as an auditor. She has also worked
on internal audits at one of Australia’s leading retail companies, nation-wide, where she gathered a wealth of experience which
she has brought to her many years of personal contribution
in the volunteer sector. Ruth now brings this expertise and experience to NFP Advisory Services.Ruth has, over many years volunteered with a range of community groups and has received highly prestigious awards from a number of organisations. She has served in roles including Vice-President, Treasurer and Committee Chair and continues to be a highly sought after senior officer by NFP Boards. Ruth has effected high-level change in operations and management and driven productivity reforms at the organisations with which
she has been associated.Ruth has worked with highly successful volunteer teams staging major fund-raising events that have engaged with continually diverse and growing audiences over many years.
Ruth has worked with National, State and local community organisations with a diverse focus. These have included
youth, sport, women’s issues, welfare and education.She has an outstanding eye both for broad management oversight and the attention to detail that drives success.
